Cleaning Operative

Description

If you are practical, hands on and responsible we have just the job  you are looking for !

Enjoy working on your own as well as within a team. Then this could be the position for you. You need to be reliable, able to follow safety instructions and be reasonably fit to do this job. There are no fixed qualifications required however previous cleaning experience would be preferable. You will have general cleaning duties which will include:
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
• Cleaning tiled and hard surface shopping Centre flooring with both mop and Scrubber dryer
• General litter picking
• Toilet sanitizing and maintaining cleanliness of the public conveniences
Previous experience an advantage however not essential as you will receive on the job training from our Regional Operations Supervisor, and our on-site Supervisor Training will cover the following:• Health and safety- COSHH• How to use the right cleaning equipment and materials.• Specialist training to use the ride on floor scrubbing machine, pressure washer, reach and wash.• Working with chemicals• Safe use and storage of equipment and materials• General cleaning• Toilet cleaning.For this position you will need to have:
• Customer service skills – working in areas used by the public and tenants•
• The ability to follow job and safety instructions
• Be physically fit
• Trustworthiness and reliability
• The ability to work alone without supervision and as part of a team
• Awareness of general health and safety

To proactively support the Store Manager in maximising sales through promoting excellent customer

    required.

    utilise all commercial reports effectively.
  • Implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure consistency across the
    brand in our visual proposition.
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions and actions in order to meet business objectives
  • Demonstarte drive and the ability to manage time effectively. Prioritise tasks in order to deliver high
    standards in both shop floor and back of store areas.
  • To communicate effectively with all areas of the business, establishing personal credibility and
