Bench – Deputy Store Manager

Description

Your tasks and key responsibilities:

  • Provision of high level customer service at all times with well considered guidance and expertise
  • Ensure that customers are guided through the products by a knowledgeable advisor
  • Deal with all customers in a positive and professional manner and ensure that they experience the “Bench” shopping experience
  • Achievement of set sales targets
  • Ensure the shop floor is correctly replenished at all times and dress and presentation is always to company standard
  • Maintain visual standards at all times
  • Process deliveries and transfers in line with company procedures
  • Support of the Sales Manager in leading the retail sales team as well of the store management

Competencies, skills and experiences:

  • Experience in retail sales management or supervisory
  • High level of customer orientation
  • First leadership experience
  • Ability to understand and analyse financial reports
  • Possession of attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, open minded and flexible
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
